Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the contact information and property/service details you choose to submit, including your name, phone or email, location, requested work and any information in your message.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, schedule services and maintain related business records. We do not sell your enquiry information.

How submissions are processed

Our form is handled by Cloudflare Pages and protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. It uses Resend to deliver the request to our business inbox. These service providers may process the information required to provide those services, including technical information used to prevent abuse.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently run Google Analytics or advertising tracking scripts. Turnstile may use browser information as part of its security checks.

Retention

We retain enquiries while needed for quoting, communication, service delivery and applicable legal or business recordkeeping obligations. Records are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed. Service records may be retained longer where required by law.

To request access to, correction of or deletion of enquiry information, call us at (431) 323-8248. Legal retention obligations may limit deletion requests.
